The healing process can be challenging enough as it is without the added stress of a chaotic treatment environment. We hope to reduce the sense of overwhelm and enhance the sense of calm while helping heal your body.

What to Expect


  • Give yourself adequate time to find parking (if you need special assistance please give us a call at 406.730.2224)

  • Please make sure your intake forms are completed before arriving to avoid delays in your treatment

  • Please bring or wear comfortable or loose fitting clothing

  • 60-minute, 1-on-1 session

  • Comprehensive evaluation

  • Upon arrival, please grab a seat and wait for your practitioner to greet you

Insurance Policy


In preparation for your initial visit at Physio Whitefish, please take the time to review our billing policies below. Feel free to reach out to our office with any additional questions you have regarding your payments or schedule.

If you plan to go through Medicare or Medicaid, a doctors referral is required before you can be seen for an initial evaluation.

Cancellation policy

To receive the highest quality of care and to adhere to your treatment plan, it is imperative that you keep your scheduled appointments. In addition, each time an appointment is missed without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Physio Whitefish reserves the right to charge a fee of $100.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”) and appointments which, absent a compelling reason, are not canceled with 24-hour advance notice. “No Show” fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid prior to your next appointment. Multiple “no shows” in any 12-month period may result in termination from our practice.
